With us, regardless of whether you rent a room remotely through a video call or in person at a meeting, you always receive the highest quality and reliability of services.

Perhaps you are a parent looking for a room for your child who is just entering the capital. We will help you and together we will choose the right room from our offer. A room that will suit you financially and in terms of location, necessary for the functioning of the infrastructure (shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, catering outlets) and the standard - for your teenager entering adulthood. If you are renting a room in a city that is new to you, or just for the first time, you may not know what to pay attention to to make sure everything is in order. Relax, we are here to help you.

• No commission or hidden costs. We offer a large selection of rooms in different parts of Warsaw, but we are not a real estate agency, so we do not earn either on commissions or other hidden fees. We have clear and uncomplicated rules and a guarantee of price stability. Remember, however, that when renting a room, we require a refundable deposit. Good news - if you pay your rent on time, you get a discount.

• Legality and professionalism. We cooperate on the basis of the applicable provisions of Polish law, therefore the term of our contract is precisely defined, which guarantees stability and security to both parties. During our cooperation, you will receive a reliable, fair and lawful lease agreement, thanks to which you will be sure that we will meet all the terms of the lease. As a company, we respect signed contracts and the people with whom we sign them.

• Your privacy is important to us. We make sure that you feel comfortable and safe, which is why all our rooms are locked, and you always have this with you. The owner does not live in any of the apartments we manage, so you can only meet other nice flatmates in the hallway or in the kitchen. All tenants are bound by the same standard rules ensuring trouble-free and comfortable living.

• A friendly caretaker takes care of each apartment. You can contact him by phone during the day or send him an email. Don't worry about problematic situations, you won't be left alone with them. You can count on us - we simply rent rooms, look after them and take care of our tenants, e.g. each of our tenants has tenant's liability insurance, thanks to which, in the event of unintentional damage, the losses are covered by the insurance policy.

• Moving out or early termination of contract. Do not be afraid that while living with us you will ever have to move out without reason, this will never happen. We always think about cooperation in the long term and seriously. Also remember that you can move out at any time, all you need to do is find another person for your room in consultation with us.

• Your room is ready and fully furnished. There you will find complete furniture: a comfortable bed with a mattress, desk, lamp, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, hangers, a shelf and small decorations. Counter charges are included in the room rate, so you don't have to worry about them. You also have unlimited heating and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. We also provide service in the event of difficulties, repairs and faults. Constant technical care is a rarity - and for us it is a matter of course.

• Fully equipped apartment. You will find everything you need to live pleasantly, i.e. household appliances: fridge, oven, hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, washing machine. There are also small accessories at your disposal, e.g. pots, plates, cutlery, laundry dryers (each tenant has his own) or an iron and ironing board. The functionality of the apartments will meet the requirements of students and young working people.
